Without the early involvement of Mr Geoffrey Dodds, M.A., of St Albans Abbey, the installation of the Lemsford Bells may never have happened. His dedication and inspirational search for suitable bells, his overseeing of the volunteer construction team and the many hours of hard practical work was an amazing achievement.
